• Five Day Kickstart Challenge- Day One : Lower Body Floor Barre

    Welcome to Day 1 of the Kickstart Challenge! Let's begin this journey together with a powerful lower body session that will set the tone for the week ahead.

    Today's class is all about building strength and definition from the waist down. Using floor barre technique combined with targeted sculpting work, we'll focus entirely on standing exercises that challenge your legs, glutes, and core. Expect small, controlled movements that create maximum burn and incredible results.


    Workout Details:

    • Equipment: Light handweights optional 1, 1.5, or 2kg

    • Focus: Glutes and quads strengthening
