Paced deliberately to maximise every movement, this session is all about quality over quantity. Slowing things down means your deep core muscles: transverse abdominis, pelvic floor, and stabilisers, have nowhere to hide. Every breath, every hold, every controlled movement works together to build a foundation of real, functional core strength.
A yoga block is optional but can be used to deepen certain movements and enhance body awareness throughout. No block? A thick book, a firm cushion, or any sturdy household substitute works just as well.
