Five Day Kickstart Challenge- Day Two : Upper Body Sculpt

Welcome to Day 2! Today we're targeting your upper body to build strength and definition from your shoulders down to your core.

This focused session uses light hand weights (or household substitutes such as tins) to tone and strengthen your arms, shoulders, chest, and back. Through a series of controlled, intentional movements, you'll feel the burn in all the right places while building functional strength for everyday life.
