Today we're taking it to the mat with floor barre work that sculpts, strengthens, and challenges your entire lower body while igniting your core. The optional mini ball (pilates ball) adds an extra element of instability and engagement, allowing you to work those smaller stabilizing muscles for even better results. Whether you use the ball or not, you'll feel this one working!
